Our Team

Greg Bunch

Greg has worked as technician, service advisor, manager, business owner, speaker, and consultant. He is on the Ratchet & Wrench Editorial Advisory Board and is a founding board member of AIST. Greg owns Aspen Auto Clinic, an award winning 5-location automotive service business, and also Transformers Institute whose goal is to “Transform the auto industry.”

Jason Servidio

Jason has worn many hats in his career such as technician, service advisor, manager, Aspen Auto Clinic VP, trainer, and even high-ticket item in-home salesman. Selling has become his passion! His management, leadership, and ability to train and motivate others is truly inspirational. Jason now teaches sales and management training through the Transformers Institute.

Dan Taylor

Dan’s passion is helping businesses and organizations succeed! As established business coach and consultant Dan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Transformers Institute board.

Rick Mills

Rick has more than 25 years of experience helping businesses grow through team building, improving communications, and strategic planning. He is an accomplished author and has written more than 500 training documents to train leaders for profit and non-profit organizations. Rick provides digital design and direct mail services for Transformers Institute.

Frank Scandura

Frank Scandura has over 40 years of automotive experience and over 25 years of experience as a service center entrepreneur. He is most known for his expertise in European vehicles and is the author of the book, “How To Take Care Of Your Vehicle So It Will Take Care Of You”.

Ryan Clo

Ryan Clo is a 22 year veteran in the Automotive Service industry. He currently owns two fully automated shops in Cincinnati, OH. Ryan writes an online column and serves on the board for Ratchet+Wrench magazine. For the past 7 years Ryan has worked as a consultant helping other shops and owners succeed and thrive.

Brian Sump

Brian Sump is not your typical shop owner. A former professional athlete, Sump had never turned a wrench in a shop before starting Denver-based Avalon Motorsports in 2007. Brian is now a multi-location shop owner and founding member of Transformers Institute.

Adam Kushner

Adam is a marketing consultant focused on sound investment advice that provides quantifiable returns. Adam is a founding board member of Transformers Institute and a lifelong student of the automotive aftermarket.
