Transformers Institute facilitates Mastermind Groups for Automotive Service and Repair shops whose goal is to be the best. These groups are for business owners who have graduated from a traditional 20 group or organized training program and are asking “what’s next?”
Membership Benifits
The Gold Group is specifically for shop owners or executive staff of an automotive repair business doing at least $1 million in annual revenue with a desire to grow the business a minimum of 10% annually. The owner or executive must not be in a full-time service advisor or technician role.
- Maximum membership per group is 15
- Group meets 4x a year, (every quarter) in Colorado Springs, CO
- Meetings are two full days and take place in the Transformers HQ facility or a 3-star hotel, where lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks are provided the first day and lunch and snacks are provided the second day.
- Full-day participation is required on both days
- Group meets via video conference in between every live meeting (4x per year)
- Up to 3 hours of access per year of emergency/brainstorming/problem-solving calls with someone on the Transformers coaching team.
- Live 3-day owners sales training class (held 2-3x per year)
- Access to private “members only” SLACK channel

- Unlimited access to send managers/service advisors to live 4-day Advance Service Advisor class. (held 6x per year) for a discounted price of $997
- Access to sales training video coaching 12-month program for a discounted price of $297.00 per month (after attendance of live class)
- Employee attendance to 2-day Emotional Intelligence workshop for a discounted price of $997 (held 4x per year, space is limited)
- Enrollment of Manager in Key Leader program for the discounted price of $397 per month
- Onsite two-day SWOT analysis with a written report- The discounted price of $6000.00 (plus travel expenses)
- Onsite two-day Advance Service Advisor Sales training on location. (travel expenses not included) discounted price of $4997
- Access to live 4-day multi-store mastery workshop (held 2x per year) discounted price of $5997
- Access to entire Transformers Institute video training library for a discounted price of $199 per month
Pricing Structure
Attend your first meeting as a trial run for the group and the applicant $647 for TECHNET members, $697 for non-members.
If the group decided the applicant is a good fit and the applicant wants to stay in the group, the above amount is charged monthly for the remaining 11 months, or beyond if continued membership is desired. A 12-month commitment must be made to access all benefits listed above.
